You don’t have to be a Buddhist, nor do you have to become one.
Your spiritual orientation doesn’t matter.
The content relates to elementary levels of your being.
All life, both physical and psychological, is based on the elements from which we are born. Every cell in your body knows that! You know that!
If they are not in balance, physical, mental, energetic and relational problems are inevitable and we lack the strength that we need so urgently to find (our) new paths in these times.
